Interface with venture capitalists with specific focus relatiang to transactions in the Life Science arena. Allied with Wasserstein Perella for M&A work in Sweden.

1987 – 1992:

Founder, President and CEO-Swedish Secret, Inc.
Initiated premium skin care in the US mass market, today a several billion dollar category. Chosen Best New Product by the trade press.

1985 – 1987:

Partner – Argosy Capital:
Boutique venture capital firm specializing in Swedish-American business ventures.

1982 – 1984:

Director of Corporate Development-Smith Kline Corporation:
Responsible for licensing and acquistion activities, including strategic planning functions.

1979 – 1981:

Analyst – L.F. Rothschild:
Achieved distinction of being top selling analyst on Wall Street during tenure at company.
Major area of coverage was the healthcare industry.

Vice President, Selling Analyst-Delafield Childs Corporation

Responsible for major brand management and strategic positioning of product message.
